Vodigo will dispatch its personnel or conduct a remote diagnostic assessment during regular time, within four (4) hours of the request,
except when the request is made on the day before a Vodigo or statutory holiday or weekend; the work will then commence on Vodigo’s next business day.

Technical Resources
All Vodigo Technicians are fully qualified and have completed all Nortel required training for designation completion of NNCSS and NNCDS,
Support Specialist and Design Specialist. Vodigo Technicians have completed the Nortel Patch Course and are available for all interface
requirements into Nortel Technical Assistance Centre. Vodigo prides itself on keeping current on all technical advances.

VodiBASE is a maintained database that includes customer specific system design and system inventory details. We have all your information
at our fingertips and can diagnose or make recommendations immediately.

VodiMANAGER is proactive switch management which includes database backup and system maintenance and is performed on your system on a
quarterly basis. It allows us to locate and analyze potential trouble spots and optimize your network for peak performance. Quarterly
reports provide you with accurate information on your system functionality and capacity to allow you to make informed decisions about your
system and to plan for growth.
